"The Charles Adams Studio Project has extended its applications for residency opportunities at the CASP Live/Work Studios! Located in the heart of the Lubbock Cultural Arts District in downtown Lubbock, Texas, the Live/Work Studios are open to artists working in a variety of mediums, including visual, performing, and literary arts. Additionally, CASP offers a discounted rate for recently graduated students and affordable rates to seasoned artists. The application deadline has been extended to April 5, 2016 or until studios are filled by deserving artists.

The Live/Work Studios function as spaces in which artists can create, exhibit, and sell work. Spaces also allow community engagement opportunities through workshops, demonstrations, and exhibitions. Additionally, CASP requires renters to maintain weekly open studio hours as well as participate in the Lubbock First Friday Art Trail that takes place from 6pm ‐ 9pm on the first Friday of each month. Each Live/Work Studio includes a personal residence of 400 sq. ft and a 1,100 sq. ft. adjacent studio and exhibition space."
